In Jesus' Name Charities

In conjunction with the religious communities of Hoboken

In Jesus' Name Charities is a collective compassionate and spiritual response to poverty in our community in which people may do small acts of kindness and sharing to comfort and help their neighbors in need. It operates an ongoing emergency food response, and verifies needs and coordinates a network of volunteers and donors to meet those needs. IJN was founded in 1981 when the Hoboken Clergy Coalition formed to respond to the various needs of the poor of Hoboken and is tax exempt as a church organization hosted by Our Lady of Grace Church.  (Read our Principles)

Please NOTE:  We will be operating by appointment only during construction on the premises.

Appointments can be scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons
and Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Please contact us by phone or email to schedule
